1991 kdx200 motor in kx250 steel frame

Hey guys, first post on here.
Anyways, I have a 1991 kdx200 I bought for 50 bucks.
It was in rough shape, needed all plastics, frame work, gas tank, etc. Fired right up though. I just found a 2002 kx250 roller for 175. How much work am I looking at doing a swap? Thanks in advance guys.
