2014 kx450 engine noise

Water never got in the bottom end it was leaking to the outside of the engine. I spun the crank when I had it apart all felt real good. It might be a normal sound that I'm hearing but I don't believe it to be. It don't sound like a bad bearing. This is only my second four stroke dirt bike I too have always had 2 strokes. My first 4 stroke was a 2005 Honda crf 250r that thing was a joke always adjusting valves.

Timing chain????

i found with timing chains we replace them at the 100 hr mark even if they look good , if there starting to go , look for kinks , riding high on the cam gears or the tensioner is two thirds out , or any links getting stiff , it cheap insurance.
