This first video is how to remove the bottom bearing from your triple clamps using a shop press.  I would recommend a 20 ton, but a lighter 12 ton will work in a pinch.

Here is a video from Rocky Mountain ATVMC that shows how to do the job without a press.  I used a press, but otherwise I followed this video pretty closely.
