I myself would massage the frame a bit...that would be the easiest way, providing the person doing the massaging is knowledgeable in frame work.

so what expansion chamber do you have on in the pic?

Can you rotate the motor downward in the cradle any further? We need additional pictures.

I would modify the frame like foxy said , it a modified bike so what it matters , as long as it done to a high standard know one would hardly know.

Hey can you tell me what part number you used for the airbox boot. You would have had to install a 2 stroke boot.
