2015 KX250F stock stator output and lighting question?

Hello folks,

I`m thinking of getting a new `15 KX250F and was wondering if someone has any info on whether or not I will be able to put on a 35W headlight and maybe a small backlight (to make it legal). Any suggestion on which lights to go with and if there are aftermarket stators(??)
