1993 kx250 forks

SOHC:
The 1993 has a thicker steering head stem, I sweated a 1990 stem into a 1996 bottom yoke to fit later forks to my 1990, you could do the opposite to fit the early forks?    

I think you might have a hard time trying to find a motor, I have a couple bits but that's all.

Something to look into Cheers for the knowledge, What parts have you got?

SOHC:
I have a cylinder head and some gearbox parts.
