After my neigbor informed me that    " he would shove those firecrackers up my ass " from a distance  , and when he came closer to a 6 1"  20l0b   frame   i informed him to   take his best shot.  he obviously was not equipped to do so on so many levels   so he elected to go home.  I may have been not as nice as i could have been but my first words were of apology for shooting off fireworks at 8;35pm. He chose to threaten and insult from there so i am having a hard time  with my decision not to violate him.   any input  would be appreciated!

I was thinking a kx5   mudwash  or 700hp 5.0 mustang wake up call.  He is shorter than me so the platform sole shoes would not help me reach the spot..  I need to know how you guys in nz and aus deal with this.

I think anything after 10:00 is inconsiderate,so I dont see anything you did wrong.You allready are a better man by apologizing,and he has shown hes not by acting like a baby.Let it go,its not worth jail or a lawsuit.
