SUZUKI 1964 K10 ENGINE BUILD

(1/2) > >>

sandblaster:
Unfortunately I don't have any pics of what we started with but I can assure you that this engine was junk...
We had a nightmare finding parts.
I hope I never see another one of these
The problem was the transmission was really bad.
We had to find new/used gears and finding the bearings was absurd.
The only manual we could find was burnt around the edges and what little info was in there was a joke...
Anyway, enough of the whining... here's some pics of where we are currently at..

More progress...

Ok, let's put this back into the bike and do some heat cycles...

sandblaster:
Heat cycles are done and it was taken for it's first ride.

sandblaster:
Thanks!
It went to another shop in town before we got it.
Let's just say I see why so many bike shops have a bad reputation...

reklessj:
Well from what I've seen you guys do some really nice stuff. Might just have ya do my Tecate motor if I can ever get the $$$$$
