Greetings from another KX500 fan

Hi Guys,  I have been lurking for some time now.  My history reads like a lot of older guys.  I started as a little kid on a Honda mini trail and spent the next
45 years of my life between street and dirt.  I have lost the itch for the street completely and just ride dirt
anymore.

My bike is a SXF 450 with a 1999 KX500 motor. Wish I had built it but it would not be true.  I actually bought it from a guy and just kept personalizing it for my taste.  Riding here in Arizona and loving it.  If you are interested in video of a slow guy with lots of wheel spin search utube for KTX500.

Appreciate the comment.  The engine is stock except for a flywheel weight.  The flywheel weight can make it feel kind of lazy IMHO if that is possible for a 500.

It still is more fun to ride than the last big bore I had in 1985 which was a modded 1983 IT490 which was a hand full. 

Its all perspective but the KX motor appeals to me.
