90-91 KX250 survivor

 Hello, just bought this survivor KX250 , have been siting in a house for the last 10 years, I can't figure if it is a 90 or a 91 -
 The graphics are 91 but the fork is silver.. serial number on the frame is KX250H-007577 , thanks for your help.

That's a non US VIN so I can't help you there.
The 91-93 forks were blue so most likely it's a 90.

The 1990 used a KEIHIN PWK V561 carburetor.
I don't know about the 1991 carb
