98 kx250 rear suspension.

Quick question on my 98 rear suspension....the rear end is bouncing up and down when i lightly press down on the seat...does this sound like the mono shock is goosed? is there any way to check this ? or does it simply need re-gassed?

Did you try adjusting the rebound first , if it doesn't make any difference the shock will need a rebuild , you should rebuild it anyway , and keep a hour meter on your bike for maintenance purposes.

Ive tried the rebound but no change..i saw the kit on fleabay how easy is it to re-build it?
