Hey guys,

Picked up a very nice original owner 2003 last night from CL, came with tons of spares and extras. Acme Suspension, GPR, Shark Fin,Pro circuit, Dry break IMS and dump can, Zipty axle, 18/21 excel rims, etc. Here is a picture from earlier, needs a good cleaning since it has been sitting for a while. I took all the d**n stickers off, now it looks much better

I am going to plate it, luckily its a cake walk in AZ. I do have a couple questions for you guys though

1. The timing has been advanced to run on race gas, I plan to run 91. I have not looked at the stator plate yet, is there only one mark to line up for OEM timing?

2. Also with the race gas I am sure the jetting is a bit off, luckily the bike came with a just about every pilot, main, needle combo there is. What would be a good base line for 2000ft?

Other than that I think it should be good, I'll probably do a wossner top end in the very near future just for peace of mind. Here is my stash of spares, those are the OEM polished wheels that were new take offs :)

And a bonus picture of my neighbors 90 that we just got done a 1mm wossner and general overall revamp.

I see you made it over here  :-D Don't know what you paid for that thing but a ims dump can set up is a awesome score if you plan on racing it. If not your best off getting a tank adapter to put a regular screw on top. and all of those extra parts and a set of wheels  :-o

Yeah I'll probably switch it out to a regular setup, I have a regular aluminum screw on piece from my 650r that has been sitting around for years.

I may have to keep the dry break though, just because its cool :-D

They are cool but only in a race situation, nothing worse than trying to fill a dry brake with a regular can though
 :-(
