What's it gonna take to build your own low cost dyno?

Brute:
I came very close to buying one (Dynojet 150) two years ago but the guy pulled out at the last minute. I have since rethought it and for the price ($5K) and number of times I would have used it I would probably be better off having someone else do it. Not to mention storing it.
