T.M. Designworks-Beware!!

Foxx4Beaver:
Beware purchasing through these guys!!....seems I have been taken for a ride, and screwed over on a purchase I made 2 weeks ago.

http://tmdesignworks.com/

My order has been listed as "Pending" for 13 days, and they have failed to return countless e-mails and phone calls.
I tried talking with my bank this morning about possibly canceling the payment...but, they show my pay-pal account was charged the day after the order!!, and because the money already went through, they can't stop anything.....but I still have no parts, or at the very least, a returned phone call/e-mail.

My bank did say they can try to dispute it, if I chose to go that route....which I think I will if I don't hear anything by tonight.

I have used there products with great success, can't imagine why they don't respond. Have you tried a refund with PayPal

Foxx4Beaver:
I've been using their stuff too with outstanding results...I'm running their power-lip rollers on both my bikes....I ordered a new set for the 500 because they're 2 1/2 years old and just started getting a little sloppy.

I have not talked to pay-pal yet, only my bank, and they feel confident they can get me a refund.
This was the 1st time I actually bought off their own site...everything was as simple as could be as far as ordering goes, and I was happy how the site was laid out.
I've been buying the rollers off e-bay, but they didn't have what I needed listed, so I ordered from TM directly.
Just a simple returned phone call or e-mail would make all the difference....the kicker was that I paid an extra $27 for 1 day shipping!

jBernard:
did they have them in stock when you called? very odd a large company like that would avoid you. i figure they have shelves stocked pretty well. since its a molded plastic piece its not like its a 1 off custom fab item.

Foxx4Beaver:
I don't know, I never spoke to anyone. I registered an online account with them, then searched until I found the KX500 rollers, picked my color choice, added it to my "cart"...then hit "Check-out"...and paid with pay-pal. The whole ordeal only took 10mins.
There was never any note stating whether that particular roller/part# was in stock or not...so I'm assuming it would be in stock...because you'd think that I would've gotten an e-mail or note upon Check-out, stating that roller was on back-order or something, but I never did.
The last thing I want to do is dispute it...I'd rather get what I ordered, and then just call it water under the bridge.
