just bought rad valve have 2002 kx500 currently running at 30 ft above sealevel in high humidity 95 degree summer days in Florida runs on 93 octane chevron pump gas mixed 40:1......39mm pwk currently has 168 main 58 that I think is a little too rich the needle is stock & in on the second position bike has fmf gold series gnarly with pc 304 silencer ngk br8eg plug does anyone have any jetting recommendations for this new radvalve setup? thanks for your time and input!

At sea level to 1500 ft my 3 KX500's all run perfect with a 168main 55 pilot just as Foxx4Beaver suggested.

Do a search lots on jetting here

that's a lot of pilot!...
I'd drop it to a 55 to start...but don't be surprised if you need to drop to a 52, especially if you do a lot of slow speed trails.
