more than likely you could probably run it through a hone real quick and call it good...providing it's within spec also.
otherwise, you'll have to have it bored.

thanx fox i will take cylinder into town tomorrow as i can only measure with my verniers at top and bottom. I will get some figures and see from their need to split case anyways so im not in to much hurry just trying to keep myself occupied as it stops me from drinking so much hehehehe thanx

what kind of piston are you planning on running...cast or forged?
forged will need .005 clearance between piston/cylinder.
where as cast can be tighter.
I highly recommend going with forged.

i was just going to see what u guys say when it comes time to buying that ;) needs some bottom end work the previous owner has pulled it apart and i have a container with some random parts 1 has got me scratching my head Ill take a pick of it
