landed 85 kx 125
Foxx4Beaver:
nice!...what ended up being done to the cylinder?
Motorrad:
Very nice! Make sure you check the ring end gap. Those 125cc are picky
bens87braap:
whats a good figure i can check it now doesnt give me any specks on piston box only piston to cylinder clearance which is spot on
Foxx4Beaver:
the manual I have for an 88 gives a useable range of .15mm-.35mm ring end gap.
you could call your local Kawie dealer to double check on the 85, but it should be compatible...but don't hold me to that.
bens87braap:
cylinder was measured and came back within specs this bike has never been rebuilt first piston still in bike which is a bit hard to believe but the previous owner has had the bike from new, I just deglazed the cylinder like u guys told me to local Kawasaki shop said the cylinder is better than most 2,3 year old cylinders :)
