Hey guys,

havent been on this website in a while ever since my kx60 was back up and running. I grew out of that bike and sold it so today I bought an 02 kx100 for 650. It came with the title and everything. Its in rough condition so im gonna need some help. The bike doesnt idle unless you rev it consistently. He sold it with the clutch cable and brake and throttle all disconnected and no chain because he said it had a throttle problem. The bike revs fine although Im guessing its the carb clogged or the pilot thats giving me troubles. I tried connecting the throttle cable and it went in fine but the clutch cable isnt going in right. The clutch arm on the motor doesnt retreat to its normal spot and theres lots of slack in the cable. Let me know what you guys think.

Not sure how to post a picture of the bike.

Thanks
Chris

Welcome back Chris , it's is nice to see you back with a new KX!  :-D

chris-mets:
Any way to do it without the photoshop? I forgot my password unfortunately.

But good news. Ordered new bars and a chain and the bike flies!! Nice economic kx100 for 600

Followed the beautiful guide for the pictures and made a new account.

The bike flies although the clutch is the problem. I can push the clutch leaver on the engine with my hand. It goes back and forth freely with little grab further in. The basket doesnt look worn out but the middle pin in the clutch moves in and out and the disks shake a little. I am not sure what is needed. Thanks
Chris
