yeah sounds good....as far as the hard rolling with it in gear with the clutch in, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it just yet, get some fresh oil in there, and once it's been run and warmed up see how it is....I've had several brand new KXs and CRs over the years, and a little resistance is normal.

Cool! What do these bikes call for tranny oil ? I just use manufacturers reccomendations.

a lot of us are running Ams-Oil 10-40....I used Bel-Ray Gear Saver for years....but it just gets too d**n expensive.
the manual will call for 10-40 or 10-30, either is fine.
