I have also tried the Ims tank, the are ugly as sin. Overall It would be less work to get the ims tank to fit rather tan the clarke.

Thanks for all the input.  I ordered the big fugly 3.7 gallon IMS tank.  We ride Hatfield McCoy trails and I'd like to have as much fuel as possible.  Lots of parts are arriving this and next week.  Hope to have the bike and tank at the vocational school by late next week.

I'll take lots of photos.

Progress made.  Got the tank.  Cut about 4 inches off the bottom then stepped up and cut another 4 inches above the spark plug.  Looking for scrap parts to graft in.  Then off to the local vocational school for welding.
