83-84 kx250 bore, steel sleeve or nicasil?

i have one that has a steel sleeve in it, i thought they were all chrome plated???

Zombie:
They were originally NicaSil plated, but a sleeve will allow you to bore it when you need to. I prefer a sleeve.
