What is the diff with 1993 vs 1994 and up wheels?

Warp 9 makes one for the klr 650, I am not aware of anybody that makes one for the KX.

Getting back to my project! I will measure my KLX 650 rear cush drive hub and see if it will fit. I am thinking it will.  The RAD hub is very expensive but I may still go that route. I plan to save some coin by lacing a 17 rim to the stock front hub. What size front wheel setup fits best between the forks?
