New member with a KX problem!!

Have two 2003 kx 250's and a 2003 kx125/kdx220 hybrid. Can't help it I bleed green. All bike are currently race by myself, my son or the wife racing the hybrid. I am from Missouri.

 Problem is I haven't found a good kdx 250 to install in a kx250 frame!!!
