I'm pretty sure that those secrets don't have to be gaurded anymore........And we have to ask now before Kawasaki taps into "AF" market and starts putting K5 motors into KX450 frames from the factory. :-D

Meh.   will still be an alum frame bike...

now..

if KTM broke out their 550 motor, and started putting it in their WONDERFULL Cro-mo frames....   :-o

motopunk:
lets go back into 1990 where all the big manufactures had the last 500cc- worksbikes in the worldchampionchip ... just want to get them all to the point that the worksbikes get into production and never stop producing the big 2-strokes...  8-)
and especialy the allmighty 1990/91 kx500sr  with the perimeter-frame...  :-D

here is the riding test of 1991 :

no.. this is just an old 250-roller , but worth to buy it for someone who need it as spare parts...

the only 3 made 1990/91 kx500sr worksbikes are all in collectors hands..the bike of billy liles is here in germany in an offroad-museum.
and if you look good to the frame in this ebay-offer you will miss the additional bracket mounts for the left and ride headstay, that the worksbike had... also is there no aluminium tank and so on...
