scammers are everywhere...  you could have good luck and never contact with criminal subjects like that, or bad luck like sandblaster.  only one that helps is a cleared payment and / or to check that all datas are correct, before shipping. all adresses could be googled for the right location.. and there is always the chance to cancel the trade,if you have a bad feeling.
