Riding in North Carolina or Southern Virginia
(1/1)
Rick:
Well, I am on the East Coast, sitting at a Flying J in Richmond, Virginia. Since I am here on business, I of course, brought the KX500. Unfortunately, I don't know where to ride, nor do I have anyone to ride with. So, I'm begging for a riding partner in North Corolina or Southern Virginia for the weekend. Requirements: You must know where to ride and have a motorcycle (preferably a KX500) that runs. If you meet these requirements, PLEASE email me at rcorwin@yahoo.com and rcorwin@email.uophx.edu, as I don't want to risk missing an email.
Signed, bored out of my mind in the east...

Rick, I am not too far off the beaten trail, I've sent you an e-mail. I know a few riding spots here and alot are fun. Let me know what type of riding you like and we can get a good spot. Nothing like Glamis or what you are used to. But check your e-mail. I'm in Raleigh, NC about 2 1/2 hours from Richmond.
Edit: Rick, your Yahoo e-mail bounced.
Rick:
Gabe,
That would be simply awesome to ride with someone from the site! I will be in Raleigh today, but not sure about internet access (I slept at the Flying J last night, so still have internet access. If I can't get an email off to you, my cell number is 208-320-0278. I was looking at an area called Uwharrie, as there looks to be camping as well. I don't really want to ride motocross, and would rather check out the trails somewhere.
Talk to you soon.
Rick
