On my 2008 450F/2004 KX500AF SH the top bladder housing on the rear shock rubbed on the top nut of the air box boot housing. SH had ground the nut down for clearance but it wasn't enough. Made some mods and some JB weld on the shock housing for insurance and cured the problem. When it comes time to build a new air box or do repairs I'll probably use rivets for some extra clearance. Your build looks great!

Those are button-head allen screws. Rivets tend to loosen over time. I can't deal with air leaks in BAJA!
