Progress today!
An old moto-x buddy, Ray of Gold Medal Welding, is a welding fool. He'll button up the motor mounts soon and I'll post pics.
We took a different route on the headstay. We used the stock KX250F head stays and fabbed tabs for the upper crossmeber using the brackets we cut off the frame. Plenty of tank and Carb clearance.

I'll keep the bike related stuff coming here. I really can't wait to get the pro-circuit pipe on this thing. Works pipes are sooo cool. I can't stand it sitting on the bench!

What is your plan for fuel??? Large tank??? Lots of stops???
