you're dangerously lean!.You really should'nt be maxed out on the clip/needle.

I'm running 168 main,55 pilot,2nd groove from top,and 1 3/4 turns on air screw....I run roughly at 1000-1200 elevation,and it runs extremely crisp/snappy....to the point where I won't go any leaner.I'm also running a V-force2.

I would drop your clip down to the 2nd,maybe even 3rd from top,go up to a 165 or 168 main to start....and double check your float height...I bet that will make a big improvement...but you'll more than likely need to make more changes until you get it just right.

Oh...and do a leak down test ASAP!!

z50guru:
Thank you Foxx4. Your very helpfull and i appreciate it  :-D

Foxx4Beaver:
here's a good site to follow for checking your float height.

Moto Tassinari stopped making the V-force2 block a few years ago....I have'nt tried the V-force3,there's been a few guys on here that have had problems with them,as far as getting them to seal/sit right....and I think they contacted Tassinari about the problem, and they sent them a new/different set of petals, and I think I read that it cured the problem.I've also never tried the Rad Valve...but have never heard anything bad about them either.
Good luck!!

Foxx4Beaver:
If you do a search under the phrase "leak down tester",the 1st or 2nd result will read "leak down tester" started by "Doldguy".I've actually used this method with good results and it's inexpensive....although I'm sure there's a few guys on here that now of even better ways to make one that don't cost a fortune.

z50guru:
Foxx4, you da man .  Thanks so much!
