Don't know yet.
The top end looks good but we won't be doing anything with it for a few weeks.
Probably a bad crank..

Off the top of my head, I could use the tank and rear brakes.  Rear fender too.  Heck, what are all the plastics like?

Plastics look beat but I'll be checking everything out in a day or two.
