kx450f engine oil

I"M new to the 4 strokes what is a good oil to use in my kx450f?My dealer told me to use the motul oil.

i use rock oil xrp in my boys kxf250 its my old bike and has  been thrashed to within an inch of its life ,and still running as sweet as a nut for my boy ,very good oil.

Shell rotella T is sweet. They changed the formula a couple of years ago, thanks Obama, to be more eco friendly.  Not as good as the old stuff but still pretty good for a Dirt bike.  I run Amsoil 10w-40 in my KLX, works sweet so far.

Motorrad:
Been running the Full Syn golden spectro in the KTM..      just pulled the rocker box this week for Water pump seal R@R (just because, didnt fail).. bike has 13,000 miles on it.  

All rocker's, cam, etc look like new...

PS.. I have now switched to Amsoil.

My ktm came with a sticker on the cases... reccomending Full SYN Rotela T..
