AJ has some of the Service Honda pipes for the KX500 conversion on eBay, but he is about out.  Here is a shortcut to the auction:

I've had a new in the box pipe from AJ for years.
Maybe one day I will use it smiley

The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

I bought a spare pipe too! On my SH the mid-pipe is custom too. It's a little longer than the stock CR500 so I bought an extra silencer too!

I talked to AJ today, and he said that he will be making more of the pipes to sell.  I'd never talked to him before; he's a super nice guy.

FMF P/N's for Service Honda 2008 KX450F/500AF. Since Service Honda no longer makes the aluminum frame conversions FMF may be willing to sell you what you need. However they may still be honoring the original agreement with A.J. Might be worth a try?

FMF Powercore 2 silencer P/N 122001
FMF "Q" silencer (spark arrestor) P/N 122002
