Here is our current testing on the Turbo Crank in a KX500

http://www.oem-cycle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=1465&p=7693#p7691

Some of you may remember Brute's old KX500  cool

Here is Jason blowing out the cob webs.
It hadn't been started in a year and a half.

Hard to believe it was a year and a half ago! It will be interesting to see what comes from the mods. Still gives me a tingle to hear and see it running. It was a fun build!

If your ever down this way, you can always take her for a rip...
Just let me know in advance that you are coming so I can make sure that she is ready to go.
We have so many mods that we are wanting to do, then dyno, it crazy.
Luckily we have a local shop with a dyno and the owner loves 2T's so we get some free time... It's hard not to abuse it.
I want to go there every day with something new  grin
I need my own dyno  cool
Once the Turbo Crank is tested, I have a top end that I am building for the MXA bike build off against Adam Millar that will go on this bike.
It should prove to be very, very interesting  evil

Quite a generous offer! Probably will not take you up on it but may stop by just to say "Hi!" and see some of your projects if I get in the area. I will look forward to hearing how the mods work out.

Your welcome any time.
It's all back together and the main jetting is dialed in.
I need another needle for it but should have it early next week and then on to the dyno  shocked

I can't believe I never posted the results.
In the KX500 we lost 7HP  shocked shocked shocked

We since have learned a few things and applied that to version 2...

OK... Turbo Crank revision 2 is done...  cheesy

Seriously though... Revision 2 is done and we just need to put it in a bike and dyno it...
