Not sure how many of you are into gaming...but the new Supercross game was released today, and mine just showed up in the mail an hour ago!
I've only done one race so far...it made me be Ryan Dungey....but you race with all the top guys, ALL of em.
The commentator is actually Ralph Sheheen.
I still have waaaaay more exploring to do, as I haven't even checked out the "options" yet....but the graphics are awesome.
My 1st race didn't go to well...17th
...but fun as hell!!

Have you played previous versions before? How hard is it to control the bike?

As far as previous versions, there's not much out there, besides the "ATV vs MX" series...which I never really liked.
Other than that, Supercross Circuit for PlayStation 1 back in 2001 was the best dirt bike game I myself ever played...as you could build your own tracks.
You can build your tracks in this one too, I just haven't gotten that far into it yet.
It's the graphics that're just the best I've seen yet out of any dirt bike game....any better, and you would actually be a live person...it's incredible.
The bikes aren't too hard to control....by the time I was finished with the 1st race, I was getting the hang of it...but I was already way back in the pack to make up any positions. Plus I haven't gone into the "bike set-up" yet either....I figured I'd just go with the settings it was at...and you can change many things!
I was also told that 2T's would be available in this too, though I have yet to come across any...but, I may need to play for awhile, and "unlock" them....we'll see.

That does sound fun. I may have to pick up a copy and try it out.

Here's some replay shots of the 1st race I did in Championship mode...I actually won too, shocked myself!
That's me #8...it made me start out on a Ya-mama-ha 250F...but I/you can change the colors of the entire bike if you want....like levers, hubs, chain, caps on the brake reservoirs, brake lines...virtually anything you want...
There's me on the ground right after the 1st turn

Porny Pete Stone. That's an awesome name!
I love the Hot Wheels CR dirt bike too. I have a couple of the James Stewart two strokes in my collection.

Finally figured out how to "whip-it"...you can do some really sick ones, but you have to bring it back manually with the controller or you end up landing in the whip position...

Hopefully they've fixed the few little quirks/annoyances with this one...still no sign of 2T's

So today was the release date for MES2...I pre-ordered it back in Oct, just showed up a few mins ago. YouTube vids show the graphics being much clearer, which I didn't think was possible. It's downloading on my ps4 now.

Is that guy at the bottom of the first set of the pictures in the middle of his back tire? That would REALLY hurt!

haha yup!...some of the crashes are pretty funny. After a race, you can watch the instant replay, pause it, and use the controller to fast forward or rewind at a variable speed, so you can get the precise photo you want
Here's one from MES1 of me getting ready to tear across Marvins neck...
