Title: Behold! My new KTM!
Post by: kxpegger on January 01, 2012, 01:35:28 AM
Trying to be nice during break in so I spent most of the time 1/4 throttle. Some of the vids are long winded and you gotta watch for a few until you see some nice scenery. I don't edit, just turn the camera on and ride.

This is absolutely the best out of the box bike I have ever owned and I cannot believe how much power it makes for a 250!

Nice machine! :-D :-D :-D

That is some gnarly terrain you ride! Next to gas you must buy lots of tires. Looks like the 250 is perfect for those rocky trails. Reminds me of some pipeline roads I use to ride in EL Paso, TX!

Congrats!

Nice stable you have!

I stayed on some of the less gnarly trails where I could at least keep some speed so the bike would run a little cooler for break-in. There really is no nice place to ride in Southern Nevada if you don't like rocks! If you start thinking about the female anatomy while riding and not staying focused you may be in for a world of hurt! I made that mistake last year and paid with 4 broken ribs and a punctured/collapsed lung! I was back on my bikes after about 3 1/2 weeks but I wasn't worth a crap for months!

Love the 250SX.  So LIGHT.  Turns like a cat on carpet.
