I've read about and it just seems like its the float that causes this.... do you think the float could be stuck or something and thats why petrol pisses out of the overflows?
-
yep i think you got it. it could be as simple as a carb strip and clean out or it could be a worn out float valve. this pic is a 94 125 carb, as you didn't give model and year but there will very little difference regardless of wot your bike is. the float valve is 16030 on the pic. just click it to enlarge

cheers dude! sorry its a 91 i'm trying to restore to near wat it came outta the factory like!
-
the carb in the pic is almost identical to the 91 125 carb, you will be fine using it

Ok guys quick brainstorm...
Stripped , inspected, cleaned and rebuilt....
Now what happens is every 20 -30 seconds about 20ml of petrol flows out of one overflow pipe.
I have just put it all back together but have not started her, tomorrow i'll start her and run her for a while to see what happens....
Least it doesnt piss outta there like before i suppose :|
