having problems.. put on kx500 revs good hits powerband now and no bog at all but carb floods,, to big of pilot? its 68 and main 170 but with main its good performance sounds better just when i turn gas on it over flows

worn out or dirty carb inlet needle and seat.

not to sound like complete retard but thats the part in the middle u screw main jet into right?

Hey green,
 The needle inlet is the little space shuttle looking thing with the rubber tip that hangs from the floats.
   I'll look for a diagram and explanation.
