Title: 2000 KX500 White Side Panels

Heys guys. I'm new here but not to Kawie bikes. I have a few Kawie quads and had several 2 stroke Kawies as well, but I am about to pick up a 2000 KX500. I have all my plastic lined up to buy, but for the life of me I CANNOT find white side panels. I don't want the green ones. This is not my bike (Grey's bike) but these are the side panels I want. I've searched the net for 3 hours. I'm at a loss.

just call the dealer and ask for  36001-1390-6F  and  36001-1419-6F

They were 40.99 each.

If your cheap, like me. :-D You can use http://www.krylon.com/products/fusion_for_plastic/ (http://www.krylon.com/products/fusion_for_plastic/) to turn your green ones white. :wink:

I used the gloss black fusion paint on the fender flares on my jeep.  They look great and have held up well!

Lay it down once and you'll have green pinstripes in it. :-)

My old 88 KX250 had white sides. I'm just looking at it and like it.
