does anyone know what the measurement should be at on the bearings? my clymer book doesn't tell me and i don't think there right. someone had a bunch of washers in place where the dust seals should be ..
-
For the wheel, from the outside to the outside of the bearings is approximately 144.5MM.
If you have the correct wheel it should be stamped R-1158 on the hub.
-
so is this where the swingarm bearings should be set at with the dust seals in ? outside to outside?
-
Oh, sorry, that is where the rear wheel bolts on.
Turns out I have a swing arm for a 86.
I'll try to get you some dimensions on Monday or Tuesday.

thanks sandblaster!!
-
bearings are centered in each side
-
From the inside of one bearing to the inside of the other bearing should be approximately 4 5/8".
The bearings are centered.
Here is some other dimensions as well.
