I think that Doldguy is saying that if you received a part in error that it is up to you to call them so they can account for it.  That is just being honest.  If you accidentally sent someone $100 it would be nice if they called you and let you know.  Lets hope the "keep it and sell it" remarks are just jokes.  If they are here is a tight lipped HAHHAHAAHA! :-D

did you pay by paypal? or credit card? if by paypal you can open a dispute and get the money back the easy way that way. if they are not going to refund money,

I order some parts from my dealer and when they came in i got the parts, So a week goes by and i get another call saying my parts came in and so i go down there and it the same order again, i told the part manager i already got those parts and he said no you didn't. So telling the a-hole that i'm not talking the parts. He said i have to or he will not sell to me again. So i went and talk to the owner which is one of my customer and told him about the problem and he laugh and said looks like you got some free parts. This was $150.00 worth of parts. every time i go in there i give the parts guys s**t about it.

I hate to admit it but EVERY dealer new or used will mess up occasionally.
A good one will make it right, a bad one......
