Does anyone know if the rear wheel off a kdx 200 will fit a KX 500. I know it seems like a long shot, but it seemed worth asking as I found one cheap and would make my paddle tire changover that much easier. Please let me know if you have any knowledge of such a thing. Perhaps it would be helpful to know if a kx 250 wheel will fit as well
Thanks

i would say yes but dont know much about kdx's. i have just fitted an 89 kx500 rear wheel on an 02 kx250 so i know 89 - 02 wheels are the same fit. the only thing to look out for is the width and 18" and 19" if your bothered.

Yes,
HUb embossed number: R-1213 -
20MM AXLE OD -
BRG TO BRG 130MM -
HUb fits 90-94 KDX200, 90-96 KX125, KX250, KX500
So, if the hub is exactly the same (Which it is) then it will actually fit 89-04 KX500, and 90-05 KDX200, 97-05 KDX220.

Yes they do. I have a 1995 KDX rear wheel on my 1999 KX500 with a 120/100/18 tire. Just use the wheel spacers from the KX.
FYI, the KX brake rotor is a different bolt pattern, so you need the KDX rotor as well.

Thanks guys that is awesome news. I just picked up a extra rear wheel with sprocket, brake disc and paddle tire for $40 off craigslist. I have wanted a spare wheel with a paddle for a long time. Next time we head to the coast my banshee is going to get a little jealous. :-D
