Not sure if this is the right place to ask but will a 88-04 piston fit in a 86? if not does anyone know who sells them. thanks in advance

I ran 88-04 pistons in my 87 500 for a few years, they only changed from a single ring to two rings. So if the 86 was the same as the 87 your go to go.

thanks. that explains why the 86 pistons are discontinued i guess
