I was at my buddies shop & helped him move some stuff in the "Bone Yard" & while doing so this one particular bike grabbed ahold to my pants & to my surprise after 30+ years we had been reunited (I almost cried , but had alot of good memories flash back). I have been working on this project for the past 3 years & finally have the Non Existing parts in my possession :-D and thought I would share how insane we can be when it comes to something like this. This was "MY" original first racing bike (50cc) and of all the bikes I have owned over the years, this is the "Special One" to me. It had the Factory Hop Up Kit, which over doubled the power output & came with a bunch of parts in the Kit, such as Crank Stuffer Plugs, a different cylinder made of aluminum with a Bridged Exhaust, High Duration Rotary Disc, Clutch Cover that had a larger intake tract, big carb, pipe (with a straight stinger, she was LOUD at 13,000 RPM). My goal now is to have it together by my birthday & then go spank my buddy on his freshly restored JT-1  (I will have to shed about 140 lbs)
Thought you guys would enjoy knowing your project probably doesnt look to crazy now!

My house burned down 30 years ago so I have no pics of my first bike 3.5 HP CAT.
But if I found another you can bet your sweet bippy I'd snap it up and plan a resto ASAP!

That is your actual bike! Thats cool that you found it! I just picked up a 84 red (one year only) KDX200. A green 84 was my first new bike and the one that started my racing career. Always wanted a red one. Good luck with the resto and post up pics of your progress!
