Title: kx125 03 flywheel movement

Hi!

I just made a top end rebuild on a friend?s kx125 of 2003.
Also checked the flywheel for movement.
I can move it about 1mm (!!!) up, down, forward and backward.  :-o
No movement into and out of the case.
Could it be possible that the 125?s bearings are allowed to move, i remember my crf450 was on the flywheel side.

there should be no movement, i would not run that motor until the mains and seals are replaced, you risk serious damage
