Title: New to the forum on my trusty K2
Post by: Jake on December 04, 2010, 04:06:06 AM
Just found this forum and pretty stoked with all the info in here!

Background....

started riding at an early age for fun.  Began racing 125 C class in the D16 area on a CR, broke my leg for the second time and called it quits.  Two years ago I picked up my 1995 KX250 after a 6 year off period and can't complain, I've been having a blast!  Been riding more trails than track because my butt is way out of shape, but I'm doing what I can.

Other than bikes I'm also into the drifting scene which is a blast, but expensive.  Just put in a lq4 instead of the lm7 I had in there, going v8 was the best decision I've made.

Hope to gain some more knowledge about these great bikes!

Hey Jake,
Glad to have you along.  Trail riding is nothing to be apologetic about, lots of us have never even taken a lap on a motocross track.  I would love to drop that engine in my ZX,  Its a DD my kid got tired of working on,but it would make a great sleeper.
