Check out the welds on the pipe.
He made the welds on the pipe as well as the frame.
I'm not saying it's a hash job but I would check it very carefully before buying it.
If it wasn't a 16 hour ride down there I would check it out.

Still looked like a sweet deal. some headaches may be worth it if he has done most of the work.  :-D
