Post by: sandblaster on October 27, 2010, 05:04:54 AM
I had a customer ask if I had parts for this bike.
I couldn't help but share it with you.
"hey guys i just bought my first dirtbike and im hoping you can help me out with some parts. the bike is a bit of a frankenstein its a 79 yz 125 with a 79 400 motor conversion (yeah the frame was chopped and the bottom half of the 400 was welded in and it is using a swingarm from a 250"

SandBlaster,
That pipe brings back memories (Late 70s) everybody wanted one "The Snake Pipe". I think I still have a couple of old mags with them in there.

I was hoping someone might know what it was.
I was thinking it might be a custom fab due to the different models used in it's construction  :-)

I didnt know Hardly Dangerous made a stroker?

Im truly inspired by the yz.Im gonna sell the 5, buy a honda c90, fit it with a blown hemi, and a custom frame made from crunched up coke cans and plasticine(modelling clay) a 35 inch front wheel, a 10 inch rear, and o degrees rake on the forks.Cant wait.
