Title: pipes?

So, I have a 2004 Yz250, and my buddy has a 2000 Yz250.
He has a head pipe for it he said he would sell me, but will it fit, or has the styl :? :?e of the mounts and pipe changed in those years, neither of us are real sure. Any clue? Thanks.
