Title: KX to CR Con Rod Conversion Measurements & Instructions
Post by: Friar-Tuck on August 21, 2010, 04:25:35 AM
I had heard of swapping the stouter CR 500 connecting rod but had never read about anyone who did it.
Thank you Bennie Lindburg for documenting all your work!

i have herd of this. i am about to start an 02 250/500 kx500sf project soon. this will involve a complete engine overhaul. should i use the cr conrod as i have herd they are stonger and the kawasaki conrods are prone to snaping. how true is this. althought i would consider my self to have good knowledge of 2 stroke mx bikes this is my first big bore 2 stroke
