Hi!
I finally got a 2004 kx250, which i gave my crf450 away for. :-) :-) :-)
The guy who owned it said that there is no center gasket between the engine cases.
Also in the drawings there is no gasket.
Ist this really stock?

Yes, you are correct, no gasket. Use Hondabond4. Just a thin film. Wipe off excess on the out side of the engine.

On Hondas site go to Accessories, select Assembly & Repair then Hondabond 4.

most bikes dont use a gasket on the cases. yamabond 4 and hondabond whatever was just threebond 1104. 1104 was specifically made for case sealing. that stuff is hard to get because of California BS. The 1104 had lead in it and it has been discontinued. No surprise yamabond 4 was discontinued too. Same stuff. 1194 has replaced it and is the same as yamabond 5. i recommend buying the threebond as the others r just relabeled and marked up. and you can get threebond at the auto parts store.
$5.30 at bikebandit.com
